THIS IS MY SON WHEN HE WAS A BABY - WHAT YOU CAN'T TELL VERY WELL IN THIS PICTURE WAS THAT HE ALWAYS SUCKED HIS LEFT THUMB.....ALWAYS.....

This is one of my favorite pictures. I loved how he always sucked his thumb. For some reason it reminded me just how special he was. And I could see our kids doing the same thing... I miss him so much!
The most adorable baby picture in that little jumper and boy did he have great hair. I'm sad for both of you. You must be a comfort to one another. Did you ever think of contacting a medium to bring him through? I hope that's not blasphemy :( The mediums I've seen work, all ask God for protection from harmful energies and for guidance. It's amazing what transpires in the session. Very comforting for the loved ones.
Mary thank you so much for your comment and your empathy. No I haven't thought of contacting a medium. Its funny - I feel this way about it. If I contacted a medium to confirm he was alright (hence in Heaven with God) then that would negate my faith. The whole point of having faith for me is not having proof. On top of that, if God put my fears to rest how awful for some one else who didn't get that assurnace. Could any of us survive if our loved one wasn't with God? No, the pain of that would be intolerable.
So God would be cruel to confirm one destination as it would imply the opposite by his silence.
In addition the Book of Revelations tells us that in Heaven there will be no more sadness - no more tears so I know that Andrew can't see me at this time because it would make him sad to see me and Jamie suffer. We also know from Luke 16:19-31 that those with God can't look back.
Finally, mediums that envoke God's name are nothing new as we know from Acts 16:16-19.
Still, Mary I apprecaite your continued visits and comments and the show of concern - that right there is the evidence of God's love and caring.

I do to Jamie - he was very special. I miss him more than I can ever say -my days get easier but not better. I love you Jamie!
I can't imagine how much both of you miss him. Sounds like you still have each other in your life and Paco knows it...
Sweet pictures both of them.
Sandy - thanks for visiting and commenting - it means a lot to me.
